This morning, ARK released a new patch. Unfortunately, the initial patch had critical issues and was withdrawn by the developers within 9 hours ⚠️. Our server happened to auto-update during that exact window. We have now updated the server to the latest, fixed version ✅.
However, as you may know, our server features custom systems (such as the in-game shop, player ranks, web delivery, and cross-map chat) 🛍️💬. These features rely on a connector (API) created by the global ARK developer community, which must be updated alongside every game patch. The global team is currently working on this update ⏳, meaning all servers worldwide using these systems are in the same waiting period 🌍.
We have decided it’s best to wait and open the server only when all systems are fully functional ⚙️, rather than opening a vanilla server where your ranks and shop items wouldn't work.
Please rest assured that your characters, bases, dinos, and items are 100% safe 🛡️🦖. Nothing is lost, and everything will be ready to use the moment we go live ✨.
The global dev team typically takes a few hours to complete the update. We will notify you immediately once the server is ready 🔔. Thank you for your patience and understanding 🙏.
