The Cerberax (added in the 30 September 2026 update) cannot be tamed on our ASA servers at the moment. Before the team changes anything, we would like your vote.
🐺 Why the Cerberax cannot be tamed right now
- Its tame has three head trials. In the Poison (green) head trial you feed it each time the head turns to bite, and the bar must fill before the timer runs out.
- Our ASA maps run taming speed x10. At that speed the green-head bar only reaches about half before the timer ends, and then it starts over.
- In a player's single-player test at taming speed x1, the bar filled in about 7 feedings. Players on other servers report the same problem with boosted taming speed, and there is no official fix yet.
🗳️ The options
- Keep x10 on every map — every other tame stays fast; the Cerberax stays untameable until the game is fixed.
- x1 on every map — the Cerberax can be tamed; every other tame needs about 10× more food and time.
- x3 on every map — expected to work, but it must be tested first; every other tame takes about 3× longer.
- One Cerberax map at x1 — tame it there, put it in a cryopod and take it to your map; every tame on that one map is slower.
The Cerberax spawns on The Center, Scorched Earth, Lost Colony, Ragnarok, Extinction, Valguero, Astraeos and Genesis Part 1 (not on The Island or Aberration).
