Everything bought in the shop is delivered straight to your character in game, automatically. This guide explains how that works and what to check when something has not arrived. Every step was checked against the live system on 12/10/2026.
How delivery works
- Buying needs a linked character for that game, ASA or ASE. The item goes to that character — see Link.
- You do not have to be in game when you buy. The item waits and is delivered the moment your character is in game and alive, normally within about 30 seconds. Nothing to type; it works on any map of that game.
- Items are placed in your character's inventory. Creatures arrive as a one-time cryopod in your inventory: throw it where you want the creature, into water for aquatic creatures. Engrams are unlocked on your character.
- When something is delivered, a chat line in game says Delivered! with the item's name, and the order line on the Orders page shows the character and the server it went to.
