Global Market basics: buying, selling, escrow and the fee

The Global Market is where players sell items, creatures and services to each other for S Coins. The website holds the buyer's coins while the trade is arranged and the item changes hands in game; the seller is paid when the buyer confirms. Every step below was checked against the live system on 12/10/2026.

The Global Market opens with a game chooser: the ASA market and the ASE market are separate, and a listing belongs to exactly one game. Selling in both games means one listing per game. Your My listings and My orders pages show both games, with a tab for each.

Press Buy and choose the quantity. The coins leave your balance and are held in escrow; the seller does not have them yet.
A chat with the seller opens automatically with the order card. Arrange the meeting there — the conversation is your record if anything goes wrong.
Meet in game and receive the item. The seller may press Mark delivered; the order then waits for you.
Press Confirm receipt only once you actually hold the item in game. This releases the coins to the seller and cannot be undone.
Leave a review of 1 to 5 stars on My orders. If you need to change it later, ask for an edit from the same place.

Open Post a listing. Add a clear square cover photo — it sells much faster.
Choose the game, give the listing a title, and pick a category (item, creature or service) and a type.
Describe the condition, the stats and how the trade will work. Buyers read this before they commit.
Set the price per unit in S Coins, the quantity, and how many days the listing stays up (0 = no expiry). The wizard shows the fee and what you receive per unit.
Choose how the buyer receives it — you deliver, pickup at your shop or base, or either — and add up to five pickup spots: a server of that game plus map coordinates from 0 to 100. Use my current position fills them in while you are in game.
Post it. You can pause or remove a listing any time from My listings. A listing can be bought while it is active, in stock and not expired.

A percentage of each sale, set by the admin, is deducted from the seller's proceeds when the buyer confirms; the buyer always pays the listed price. The fee is not paid to anyone: it is removed from circulation to keep S Coins from inflating. The percentage in force when the order is placed is the one applied, even if the setting changes later. The seller wizard and the order show the exact figures. At the time of writing the fee is 0% and the wizard says No transaction fee currently applies.

The buyer can cancel within 24 hours of buying, as long as the seller has not marked it delivered. After that the buyer's options are Confirm receipt or Dispute.
The seller can cancel at any time — that is a voluntary refund.
A cancel returns the held coins to the buyer and restores the listing's stock. The order stays in both players' history.

On an open order, either side can press Dispute and describe what went wrong. An admin reviews the chat and the order and either releases the payment to the seller or refunds the buyer.
After a cancel, either side can open one dispute within 7 days — for the case where the item was already handed over before the order was cancelled. The admin's decision is final.

Confirm receipt only with the item in your inventory.
Keep the conversation in the order chat; screenshots of the handover help a dispute.
Market items are handed over by the players themselves. The automatic delivery of the shop does not apply here.
Reviews: anyone can report a review, the author can request an edit, and admins moderate them.
