Can't find the server? How to join Sincerity Thailand

Every Sincerity Thailand map is listed on the Servers page with its session name, its address and its live rates. Both games are unofficial PvE clusters: you can move your character between maps of the same game, but never between ASA and ASE.

1. Search the server list

1. Start the game and choose Join Game.
2. Set the session filter to Unofficial and turn off Hide full servers and Hide password protected.
3. Type Sincerity in the name box. Every map is named Sincerity Thailand - <map> - 10x PvE.
4. Pick the map and press Join. Add it to your favourites so it is one click next time.

2. If the list does not show us

The ASA browser sometimes hides servers for a few minutes after a game update or a map restart. Join by address instead: copy the address from the Servers page, open the in-game console (Tab) and type open <address>. Direct connect uses the same address you see on the page.

3. Mods

Our ASA maps run a small set of CurseForge mods. They download automatically the first time you join, so the first connection can take a few minutes. Do not cancel it.

1. Add the server to Steam favourites

1. In Steam open View → Game Servers → Favorites and press Add a server.
2. Paste the address from the Servers page and press Find games at this address.
3. In the game choose Join ARK, set the filter to Favorites and join.

2. Or search in the game browser

Choose Join ARK, filter Unofficial, type Sincerity and join. Our ASE maps run no mods, so nothing has to download.

"Host connection timeout"

This is a known ARK bug, not a ban and not your internet. The map has to be restarted before that character can join again. Tell us in the game chat or on the site and we will restart the map at the next quiet moment.

"Server is full"

The player count and the cap are shown live on the Servers page. Try another map of the same game: your character can travel between them from any obelisk or transmitter.
